We are thrilled to announce that our organization Ghana Youth Guide, in partnership with our Danish partner DIB (Former Danish International Human Settlement), has secured Funding from CISU (Civilsamfund i Udvikling) to implement a 2-year project on ”Resilient Roots of Change (R2C): Empowering Ghanaian Youth for Sustainable Agriculture” in Northern Region.
The Resilient Roots of Change (R2C) project aims to enhance the climate resilience of 10 local communities in Tolon District and Savelugu Municipal in Northern Ghana by strengthening the local capacity for Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) and empowering the target groups to become advocates for climate action and civic engagement in their communities.
The project is a significant step towards empowering young people in Ghana, and we are grateful for the support from CISU, the Danish Government, and DIB. Ghana Youth Guide is set to became a Climate Hub for Youth-Led Climate Action in Ghana.
We will like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our dedicated staffs, whose tireless efforts have made the project possible.
