An annual conference aimed at empowering young girls with skills, knowledge, and support to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. This platform also provides training, mentorship, and support to empower young girls to become leaders and change-makers.

In view of the above, (GYG) with an insight and exposure to the numerous issues that hinders the promotion and development of young girls in Ghana sees the need for the Girls Conference which serve as a platform to capacitate, inspire and network young girls to take-action to end gender based and related injustices against them. The rational of the Girls Conference is to make young girls (15-25 years) to demand, advocate, lobby and campaign for social justice due them and not waiting for government and other agencies to fight for their interest.

This again will guide the young girls to live without fear and pursue their dreams and builds their own capacity and contributes to their personal growth and development.
