N/R, Ghana Youth Guide Welcomes Global Impact Leaders from Ecuador

GYG hosted a high‑profile visit from Global Impact leadership delegation from Ecuador at its Tamale office, marking a significant step in international collaboration. The Ecuadorian mission to Africa aims to strengthen partnerships for sustainable development and youth empowerment.

During the meeting, GYG and Global Impact discussed future joint interventions in sustainable agriculture, targeting youth in both Ghana and Ecuador. The collaboration will see GYG and Global Impact interns co‑design programs to boost agricultural innovation and youth livelihoods. The visit underscores GYG’s commitment to global partnerships that drive social change and empower young people through sustainable practices.

Ghana Youth Guide (GYG) is a non-political, independent, not-forprofit organization run by young people in northern Ghana. Ghana Youth Guide LBG is Registered with the Ghana Registrar Department with a Registration number: CG037110524 under the companies Act, 2019 (Act 992). GYG was founded on 10th May, 2010. GYG is based in Tamale-Ghana, West Africa with 540 active members across the Northern Region. Our membership is open to all mindful human beings irrespective of tribe, gender, religion, and age.

GYG is one of the largest youth-run organizations in Ghana and beyond serving as a Multi – Sectoral community support group, and has been active across all the districts in the northern region.
